PREx CONx DISxwhere x is a string of letters—the same in each case—that when appended to the prefix forms a valid English word.
There is more than one solution to the problem as stated, but if I can produce a fourth prefix that when added to your proposed solution also forms an English word, then that solution is invalid.
With this precondition, there is only one solution to the puzzle. Can you figure it out?
